Hunterdon County's Volunteer at Walnut Tree Farm program offers individuals, families, and community groups the opportunity to volunteer throughout the growing season while helping harvest fresh fruits and vegetables for neighbors experiencing food insecurity.
Hosted by America's Grow-a-Row, this volunteer program runs from June through November, allowing participants to choose a volunteer date that works best for their schedule. Every harvest directly supports hunger relief organizations throughout New Jersey, making each volunteer day an opportunity to strengthen the community while enjoying the outdoors.
No farming experience or special equipment is required—just a willingness to help.
