First Lynx is a professional social service agency approved to provide Support Coordination services funded by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).
We serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are eligible for services through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), including individuals transitioning from youth to adult services
Our mission is to serve as a knowledgeable, accessible, and highly engaged agency that helps individuals and families understand, access, and navigate complex service systems. We are committed to person-centered guidance, informed choice, advocacy, and long-term support that promotes independence and stability.
While our primary focus is DDD Support Coordination, we also provide broader social support and benefits assistance to individuals and families in need.

Many people find themselves overwhelmed by complex service systems, changing requirements, and a lack of clear guidance. First Lynx was created to bridge that gap through education, advocacy, and meaningful partnership.

👥 How We Work
At First Lynx, our Support Coordinators operate within a hybrid model, working both remotely and in-office throughout the week. This flexible structure allows us to remain responsive, accessible, and focused on meeting the needs of the individuals and families we serve.
Each individual is assigned a dedicated Support Coordinator to ensure consistency and personalized guidance. At the same time, our coordinators work collaboratively as a team. This means that if your assigned coordinator is unavailable, another qualified team member can step in to assist you with proper review and support.
Your Support Coordinator is available by phone and email during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 24/7 support available for urgent matters through our client support line. Because weekly schedules may vary, in-person meetings are arranged by appointment to ensure dedicated, uninterrupted time together.
